Tesla conference call unveiled some new about the Model Y The first batch f Model Y cars will start shipping out in March. Tesla added the 21 inch Überturbine Wheels option on the Model Y (see image on op) The Performance version has now a top speed of 155mph (previously 145mph) The All Wheel long range version now has an EPA estimate of 315 miles (previously 280 miles). There was no info about the Tesla Roadster and Cyberturck production start 🙁

For a brief moment you can notice the Tesla 3 and Tesla Y size comparison. It’s quite a bit taller! From pervious videos we have learned the Tesla Y is nearly as tall as the Tesla X but definitely not as wide. Ok guys I am late on this and I know everybody knows it by now: Tesla is rumored to start a limited run of Model Y production in February. The performance version will be produced first and the prodcution slowy reach full speed in late Summer. The one thing I would like to know if in 2020 we will also see a 100kWh battery option on the Model 3 and Model Y. This version has been leaked within the latest Model 3 software code. Damn would I love to get a 400+ miles Model 3/Y !!!

Volkswagen said that a -7 degrees Celsius the range will be reduced by 20% only if the car car features the heat pump. The bad news is that only the ID.3 first edition MAX model will have this electric pump.
